Oh My Friend | The single parent

After leaving her in-laws home .. read what happened in her life..

After a month of arguments between both the families over phone, She was finally sent an expected gift by her husband, the divorce papers.She was not happy while signing them but she felt it was the better option to leave that family since they have that type of thoughts...

Finally after a battalion of misfortunes, a ray of hope arrived in her life. She became a mother to a cute little girl.The reason for her being alive till date was now in her lap.

She found the ultimate peace not only because she became a mother but because she finally won the battle against her husband and her in-laws.She found that she was actually a strong woman who fought for herself. She felt proud of herself and realized that her source of strength was her daughter.

But the spring was far behind for her. The society made it miserable for her to live. Though her parents and siblings were very supportive and did not let her down by the society. However, destiny had something else in store for her. Her presence as a divorcee posed obstacles in the marriage of her younger brother . Though her parents wanted her to stay with them only and tried everything to convince her that she was not a burden on them, she realized that it was the high time she should leave the home for the betterment of her brother..

She went away , far away from her family, with her only source of strength , her nine month old kid, whose smile gave her courage, hope and a reason to survive. She left a message for her family that they should stop searching for her. She went to one of her old professor  house who recommended her as a trainee teacher in her college where she had spent four golden years of her life.

The walls of the college rejuvenated her.And why not, she had the best time of her life there. She realized the people she met here were the best ones in her life and were still by her side since her professor arranged for her accommodation. She found her God in him.

She started earning and nurturing her kid. She was happy because she was now on her own feet and she was back to her heaven. Seeing the canteen, the classroom, the labs, she was taken back to those good old days.

She found that amidst the struggles and pain of life, she had forgotten to contact her best friend and tell him that his best friend was now a mother. She called him again and before she could tell him anything she found he was coming back to her place  the very next month.

And now she was in his arms, she was back to the world of college,forgetting the pains of her marriage  life.

She took him to her home and showed her world, who was busy sleeping. That cute little kid's innocent face brought tears to his eyes.

"you must be as beautiful as her when you were an infant", said he.

She laughed,even she did not know after how many days, but she did.

"so, what are your plans now? Will you pursue your career as a engineer in India or abroad?",she asked while pouring coffee into his cup.

"I'm planning to go abroad until then I'm going to work here"he added

"Oh! That's good.Are your parents not looking for a match?",winked she," I want to dance at your wedding. Do you remember how much I used to tease you with Rakshitha?"

And both of them burst out into laughter.

"OK buddy, got to go. See you tomorrow. Take care of yourself and your princess. bye", he said as he stepped out of her door.

He had been controlling his tears since the moment he saw her that day and finally as he got inside his car, he tore apart his offer letter from a big tech gaint, which wanted him to join as a engineer next month. He just wanted to stay with his soulmate, his best friend. He did not want to leave her, not because she was in pain, but because she was the one who could give him ultimate happiness even when she herself was in pain.
